Footlights Book Club, run in conjunction with Conwy Library Service, is held on the first Friday of each month, from 12noon, at Catlin’s Café Bar. We focus on novels which have been adapted for cinema, TV and the stage.
Our October book is the classic literature work ‘Howard’s End’ by E.M Forster, which focuses on three very different families living in England in 1910 – the Wilcox family, the Schlegel family and the Bast family.
We’ll be discussing this book on Friday, 6 September. Borrow the book from a Conwy county library and make sure you have read it before then! You can access copies from the Venue Cymru reading group collection.
